An Ahmadi Named Suspect in Cikeusik Attack

VIVAnews - Police named an Ahmadi member suspect in Cikeusik mob attack which claimed the lives of three Ahmadis on February 6.

Questioned by reporters on whether or not the suspect is called Deden Sujana, Police spokesperson Brig, Gen. Agung Sabar Santosa replied today, Feb 17, "Now you've just mentioned it."

According to him, the suspect has yet to be detained by the police. "Should there be evidence, we'll send him up to jail."

Deden was part of 17 Ahmadis who came a long way from Jakarta to the house of Ismail Suparman in Cikeusik, which had later been the crime scene.

He is still under the shield of the witness protection program. Earlier, police have arrested seven suspects of attackers initialed M, S, UJ, M, E, Y and U.
